Since opening in 1946, Tom and Mary Vona built one of the finest eating establishments in Central New York. Starting as a small family restaurant serving homemade Italian dishes with only the finest ingredients. They worked together to establish the "Oswego Tradition" that is famous today. It was Mary's authentic recipes that became so well loved, and her special flare that kept people coming back. Today, over sixty years later, her recipes remain the same with three generations of the Vona family welcoming you to enjoy all that Vona's has to offer. The property sits prominently on the busy West Utica Street and has ample dining and parking areas to accommodate many guests! The restaurant also features a full bar and banquet area for larger parties, outdoor dining area in nicer weather, and fully operational kitchen.
