Incredible Find: 25 acres and a camp with extensive frontage on Spruce Creek, a small trout stream at the Southern Edge of the Adirondacks. Enter on the level drive through a pine forest and then an area of hardwoods, ending up at an amazing camp near the banks of Spruce Creek. The camp has two bedrooms with room for a third. The 20 foot Great Room features a heatilator fireplace with a wood stove insert. A front room has extensive windows looking over the stream. The camp has not been used for a few years, so some remodeling, especially in the kitchen and the full bath are needed. This is the site of a former Girl Scout camp and they built a dam on the creek, creating a quiet water swimming and paddling area to the upstream and a natural flow to the downstream. Very calming to sit and listen to the water dropping over the falls. This is a “BEST VALUE” in my book.
